We are a learning center dedicated to helping all students reach their full potential. Building students’ confidence is at the core of what we do at H&H Learning. Confidence is built through the use of metacognitive questioning, thinking time, appreciating the process over the product, celebrating victories small and big, and building resiliency to tackle new and challenging tasks. We have seen the positive impact that self-confidence has on a student’s success academically and beyond!

Gabrielle Hennings and Zoe Hemenway bring a combined dedication of 14 years to the realm of education, shaping young minds for a brighter future. Their journey has been marked by a deep commitment to understanding and appreciating neurodiverse learners, valuing the richness that diverse learning styles bring to the educational landscape.
In their extensive experience, Gabrielle and Zoe have cultivated a profound insight into the unique needs of neurodiverse learners. They firmly believe in the power of meeting each learner at their individual starting point, recognizing that true educational growth happens when tailored to individual potential.
Together, Gabrielle and Zoe bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Gabrielle Hennings
Co-Founder
Gabrielle holds a Master of Science in Special Education from the University of North Dakota. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Boulder and has held teaching credentials in both Colorado and California. Following her academic achievements, she dedicated seven years to the K&M Center, initially serving as an Educational Specialist and later assuming the role of Clinical Director in 2019. Gabrielle is distinguished by her exceptional ability to establish a unique and unparalleled rapport with her students. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jeff, and their daughter, Stella, who particularly loves visits to the park.
Zoe Hemenway
Co-Founder
Zoe pursued her master's in Early Childhood & Special Education at Teachers College. Holding a New York City teaching credential, she dedicated four years to instructing in an Integrated Co-Teaching kindergarten classroom. She possesses vast expertise in crafting her own curriculum, honed through her roles as a tutor, consultant, and educational specialist. Zoe is passionate about nurturing her students' confidence, consistently encouraging them to recognize their capabilities and trust their own thinking! Beyond the classroom, Zoe enjoys spending her time outdoors with her Fiancé Fabian and four-legged companion, Sriracha!
